This week we learned that chilling out and getting in tune with the seasons had a more productive effect that you might think. We're also ramping up for spooky season...

The end of August marks the last of our summer outings, and we couldn’t say goodbye to the season without stopping by to fill you in about our time at Hever Castle – the childhood home of Anne Boleyn (WIfe number two of Henry VIII, FYI - I would NOT be happy if the husband who had me beheaded had his face plastered all over the merch in the shops in my childhood home!)

We've been enjoying happy rituals and the cosy transition of summer to autumn. Enjoying the now, excited for the future season and sharing a few kind words that made our day!

We couldn't pass up the opportunity for a day out at Gardeners' World Live again this year (and the promise of another free goody bag!) So off we trotted with the Factor 50 and our raincoats to the NEC in Birmingham - in our own back garden you might say!
